During his life, Affandi has selected a number of his own paintings for his own collection. He also collected the works of several important Indonesian artists, such as the paintings by Sudjojono, Hendra Gunawan, Barli, Muchtar Apin, Popo Iskandar, etc. sculpture by Amrus Natalsya, and carved wooden poles by Tjokot’s family. Those art works became the collection of Affandi Museum now.
