He was a simple man. When he was young, Affandi was never spent his time for fun. On the other way, he was creative and always
think how to express him self. Finally, he found that
painting is the answer. From the simple art made by his own
hands over the canvas, he had made the whole world amazed. This
is the man who has made a great notes in the world art history.

"Painting is a gift," Affandi
said. For Affandi, painting is like people who is looking for
food. He often said, "I am always hungry to paint". He always
start to paint when he got an idea.
